Just a quick reminder about Preventive Maintenance and its importance in the Commercial Kitchen arena. We schedule the services 6 monthly or 12 monthly or whatever you think is relevant to your usage of the appliances. Technicians attend and go over each piece of equipment making sure there is nothing wrong and servicing the unit. Anything that is needed, the owner will be notified and the unit will be kept going happily. Sort of similar to servicing your car to avoid those big breakdowns at the most inopportune time.
